Refund Policy

1. Overview

Aldenté has two kinds of purchases, and they're handled differently. Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store. Printed cookbooks are physical orders we fulfill directly. This policy covers both.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

Premium comes with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that it renews at the price shown at signup until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Aldenté > Cancel. You'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.

3. Subscription Refunds

Because Premium is purchased through Apple, all subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Aldenté purchase, and choose "Request a refund." Apple reviews each request against its own policy.

If you run into a billing problem you think we can help with, email support@aldente.kitchen and we'll do what we can.

4. Printed Cookbook Orders

Printed cookbooks are made to order. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at support@aldente.kitchen and we'll reprint it or refund it.

Because each book is custom and printed just for you, we can't refund a correctly printed order for a change of mind. But if something's wrong with it, we'll make it right.
